At VerticalPath we value candidate and client alike, developing a professional relationship with each. We listen carefully to each client to ensure that we know in detail the type of candidate they are looking for. We then recruit specifically to the client's criteria, matching the candidate's technical skills, experience, educational requirements and cultural fit to the company's needs. The result... a successful placement for both.
VerticalPath sources military candidates directly for the Navy's Transition Assistance Programs (TAPs), the Army Career Alumni Program (ACAP) and from Marine for Life.
Corporate America is currently facing a shortage of qualified professional and technical employees and that shortage will continue to grow over the next several years. Military candidates are and will continue to be a "renewable resource". VerticalPath's primary goal is to provide a smooth process for America's veterans as they transition from the military to their next career in the civilian sector.
“…They listened to my needs and found great opportunities for me to pursue. Unlike most recruiting firms, they always put the candidate first and advocated on my behalf…”
