Charlene Young

Vice President and Manager

Charlene Young is a Principal and part owner of VerticalPath Recruiting where she serves as Vice President, manages the Seattle office and is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the company. In addition, she coordinates and is primarily responsible for recruiting, screening and placement of all military and non-military candidates, along with the company’s “30/30 Placement Program.”

Ms. Young’s prior civilian experience included a number of years in the production and sales of high end commercial printing. Additionally, she served as Business and Sales Manger for an Information Technology and Training Company and is also an entrepreneur and prior business owner.
